as an fan of taquitos this place missed the mark on multiple levels. the asada was very unseasoned and the tacos overall were just very unflavorful. it felt like they tried to distract the lack of flavor with the amount of garnishes they put on it. the elote was pretty average, i would still prefer a pop up stand over what i had here. also, when i asked them for extra salsa they charged me $1 and gave me the container pictured. it was maybe a quarter full. i had not even opened it before taking this photo. as for their chicken, it was probably the best thing on the menu but that isn't saying much in my opinion. aguas frescas just tasted like bottled pineapple juice. was it all edible? yes, but i would urge you all to support smaller businesses with more authentic choices and prices.

What a wonderful locally owned small restaurant/business. We stopped in for breakfast. Everything AJ and I had was very good. The staff were all so friendly too! Next time you are in Corpus Christi, I highly recommend for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

We were here during a conference and kept missing this place during the week. We finally made it during the weekend and I wish I had a second chance to try something different because what I bought this day was delicious. The flavor on the chicken street tacos was so delicious. I wish I had a second day to try something else on their menu. The two young ladies working behind the counter were so nice. If I ever come back to Corpus Christi, I will surely come back to this place.

Overall, this is a solid spot in downtown Corpus. The menu offers a good variety, and the portions are generous, definitely come hungry. The nachos are packed with flavor and easily enough for two people, and the corn is both delicious and plentiful. The tacos are decent, nothing particularly standout, but still satisfying. Prices are about what you’d expect for a downtown location, a bit higher than average for tacos. The space itself is well done and matches the style of the food, and the service stands out as a highlight, attentive and helpful throughout. Nothing especially remarkable, but overall a good place to check out.

We went to this marvelous establishment on a Saturday because my mom wanted to try this place. We were left impressed. The food was amazingly delicious and good. I wanted the chicharrón with guac but they ran out due to the st patty’s festival that was happening that day. I will return one day sooon. My family and I really enjoyed the food and environment.
